Refund policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changed minds.

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or incorrect

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.
